This product is primarily used for tensile tests on coal mine connecting chains and shear tests on connecting pins, suitable for on-site coal mine testing. The machine features a horizontal lightweight design with a six-column frame structure, which can be installed on light passenger vehicles (Iveco) or light commercial vehicles (Shanghai Light Truck). Once on-site, it only requires an external 220V power supply. The loading system employs an AC servo motor, driven through a reduction mechanism to apply tensile test force via a ball screw from the beam. The computer implements closed-loop control of the servo motor, automatically controlling the test process. Force sensors measure the force, with the computer screen displaying the test force and curve in real-time. Test data is processed automatically according to the test method requirements. The control unit is composed of a computer and servo control system, featuring stress, strain, and displacement control modes that can be smoothly switched between. Test data can be accessed at any time, and data and curves can be reanalyzed, locally amplified, and re-edited. Sample, environment, and test conditions are programmable, automatically calculating various mechanical property indicators of the material, and printing out a complete test report and curve. The machine consists of the frame, fixed base, movable beam, sensors, servo motor, control system, and software. It uses a Taiwan-made servo motor as the power element to apply a tensile load of 300kN. The entire test process is set and controlled by the computer, making it simple and convenient to use. The force sensors for the main machine components are from the US Transforce brand (high precision and good stability), the ball screw is from a Taiwan brand, and other accessories are from domestic products, known for their long-term stability and reliability.
