JH-Z128 Type Combustible Gas Control System

I. Product Overview:

The JH-Z128 Type Combustible Gas Alarm Controller (hereinafter referred to as the controller) is suitable for places involving the production, transportation, storage, and filling of combustible gases. It collects the concentration of combustible gases in the air detected by point-type combustible gas detectors (RS485 digital signal).

When the set alarm value is reached, output the corresponding alarm signal and control signal to prompt the operator to take timely safety measures. Additionally, external equipment such as exhaust fans and solenoid valves can be activated to ensure personnel and equipment safety and prevent accidents caused by the leakage of flammable gases.

Controller is suitable for control rooms, duty rooms, corridors, and other locations that do not require explosion-proof specifications.

II. Product Features:

(1) Features an LCD large-screen color liquid crystal display, simultaneously showing the gas concentration values of 1-128 channel detectors.

(2) Displayed in four-loop cycles, each loop shows 32 channels simultaneously with their values and status.

(3) Can selectively block any circuit or channel.

(4) Features alarm record storage and alarm status retention functions;

(5) Utilizes digital circuitry with strong anti-interference capabilities.

(6) 1 to 128 channels available for selection;

(7) Parameters such as alarm points and range can be set by pressing keys.

(8) Outputs 6 groups of passive switch signals

(9) RS485 networking and host communication features.
