Gas Analyzer (Electric Model)

I. Product Overview

JH-FX Gas Analyzer is primarily used for gas detection in sealed environments such as pipelines and reactors. The configuration is determined based on the customer's on-site process conditions, operating parameters, and analysis components, varying with different processes.

The Gas Analyzer is mainly composed of a 7-inch color LCD screen, an electronic condenser, peristaltic pump, flow meter, pressure regulating valve, and other pre-treatment systems, as well as a calibration system. The pipeline components of the pre-treatment system are made of corrosion-resistant polytetrafluoroethylene material. The measured gas sample undergoes sampling, condensation and water removal, oil removal, dust removal, pressure increase or decrease, and is then sent to the gas detector with constant flow and pressure. It displays the current measured gas concentration and curve in real-time, monitors the internal gas content of the measured space in real-time, and automatically alarms and reminders, as well as automatic control, when the gas content exceeds the standard.

The electric type gas analyzer is suitable for non-explosion-proof areas.
