ForCoal mines, non-coal mines, various metal minesTraditional underground ventilation windows have low accuracy in air volume regulation and long cycles. To address these issues, a louvered ventilation window with remote quantitative control has been developed. This ventilation window is powered by compressed air and uses an air motor to drive the rotation of the window louvers, adjusting the wind area of the window.

The adjustment of the wind window is remotely commanded by the ground-based supervisory control software, controlling the underground electrical control system. By monitoring the movement status of the wind window through peripheral sensors, accurate and rapid adjustment of the louvered wind window is achieved.
The louvered adjustable wind window is driven by an air motor to rotate the louvers, and the rotation count is measured by an encoder to calculate the wind window's cross-sectional area, achieving accurate adjustment of the tunnel's wind area.
The wind window adjustment commands are issued by the ground ventilation management system, controlled by the underground electrical control system, powered by compressed air, achieving remote adjustment of the wind window. This rapid control enhances the informatization and automation of mine ventilation management.
