Mine-use automatic pressure-free air doors are mainly used forCoal, non-coal, and various metal minesIn the connecting tunnel between the lower return air tunnel and the main return air tunnel. Equipped with automatic opening and closing, electrical interlock, position detection, audible and visual alarms, anti-entrapment for people and vehicles. The air door features unique structure, simple operation, safety and reliability, and low opening force.
Product Composition:
The fully automatic pressure-free airlock for mining is mainly composed of the door body and the control system.
Automatic Wind Door Opener: Composed of door leaf, door frame, crossbeam, ground beam, hinges, balancing mechanism, driving mechanism, etc.
Electrical Control System: Comprising of an electric control box, explosion-proof buttons, infrared beam sensors, air door status sensors, power source, drive unit, LED voice alarm box, and anti-entrapment buttons.
Power Source: hydraulic power units, compressed air, or electric drive systems.
The hydraulic pump station system consists of an oil tank, explosion-proof solenoid valves, explosion-proof motors, hydraulic pumps, high-pressure oil pipes, hydraulic cylinders, and other accessories. The configuration parameters of the complete hydraulic station are selected based on the size of the ventilation tunnel wind pressure, the frequency of opening and closing, and the dimensions of the door body.
The compressed air driven system consists of a gas source box, control box, explosion-proof solenoid valve, oil-water separator, emergency valve, quick connector, air pipeline, and its accessories.
The electric assembly consists of explosion-proof motors, reducers, couplings, crankshafts, connecting rods, and their auxiliary equipment.)
Product Features:
1) The switch of the air door: Achieved through a drive unit (such as a hydraulic cylinder, reducer, cylinder, etc.). No additional facilities are required; the drive unit is mounted on the door, not occupying the tunnel space. The installation is simple, the operation is smooth, and it truly integrates safety, convenience, and automation into one function.
2) Hydraulically-driven air door with greater thrust, capable of meeting the control needs for large-sized heavy-duty air doors.
3) In full automatic control mode, the air door operates automatically, eliminating the need for manual operation, offering convenience and practicality.
4) Utilizing PLC control, the overall automatic control of the air door is achieved, effectively reducing labor intensity, enhancing safety functions, and improving work efficiency.
5) The two air doors interlock, allowing only one to open at a time, and closing the doors takes precedence to prevent the ventilation system from short-circuiting.
6) The air door can be manually operated during power outages, and the device will automatically reset upon power restoration (if the air door is open at the time, the system will automatically close the air door).
7) Equipped with both LED display alarm and voice alarm functions, capable of emitting various voice prompt signals. In fault conditions, it can trigger audio-visual alarm signals.
8) Equipped with anti-entrapment and anti-collision features for people and vehicles, enhancing the safety of system operation.
9) System Control and Data Communication: The main control system uses a programmable logic controller (PLC) with communication interfaces.
10) The electrical control system features protections against overcurrent, overload, overvoltage, three-phase imbalance, and leakage.
