Seamless Treatment Method for Sesame Grey Panels

Seamless finishing of sesame grey boards can protect them from contamination and damage, as well as enhance their overall aesthetics. There are three methods for the seamless treatment of sesame grey boards:

Grid Treatment: Unlike holistic treatment, grid treatment involves adjusting the adhesive to a color deeper or lighter than the stone, creating a visual grid pattern. This method is more commonly used in regions like Hong Kong and Europe and the United States, where the grid effect adds a touch of sophistication.

Secondly, holistic treatment: This is a commonly used method, where the stone adhesive is mixed to a color similar to the stone, and then filled into the gaps between the stones, making the color of the stone gaps consistent with the stone itself. This creates an appearance where the color of the stone is indistinguishable, and from a distance, it appears as a single, unified whole.

Thirdly, aesthetic grouting: This involves filling the gaps between stones with caulk or similar materials, after mixing and coloring them. It serves to fill, seal, and prevent stains. Known as "aesthetic grouting," it is also a type of seamless stone treatment.
