Ceramic Fiber棉

Ceramic fiber cotton is produced by melting high-purity clay, alumina powder, quartz powder, chromite sand, and other raw materials at high temperatures in industrial electric furnaces, forming a fluid. It is then blown into fiber form using compressed air or spun into fibers using a spinning machine. The fibers are collected by a cotton gatherer to form ceramic fiber cotton. The fiber cotton can be further processed into products such as fiber mats, boards, paper, fabrics, ropes, and more. Ceramic fiber is an efficient thermal insulation material characterized by its light weight, high strength, resistance to oxidation, low thermal conductivity, softness, corrosion resistance, small heat capacity, and sound insulation properties.
