Corrosion-resistant chimney brush with navigational paintService Principle: Commitment to Quality Basket Construction Operation Procedure:
(1) Elevated work basket operations, maintenance, and care must be performed by personnel who have passed technical training.
(2) Personnel entering the basket must wear and fasten a safety belt, secure it to the safety rope, and wear a hard hat.
(3) The work platform must not be overloaded, and the load should be distributed approximately evenly. The hoist, safety lock, wire rope, etc., must not be operated with any defects.
(4) Absolutely no tampering with the descent device or using the safety lock brake during normal operations. Adjust the work platform immediately if it starts to tilt.
(5) Operators are allowed to use electrical equipment with power below 500W on the backup power supply within the work platform. It is strictly prohibited to use the backup power supply for equipment over 500W; an independent power supply should be used instead.
(6) When working around high-voltage lines, please follow local electrical regulations and obtain approval from relevant authorities. Only after implementing precautionary and supervisory measures can the use of equipment proceed.
(7) When the work platform is suspended in the air, it is strictly prohibited to disassemble the hoist, safety lock, wire rope, etc. If repairs are necessary due to a fault, they should only be carried out by trained and qualified personnel under the implementation of safe and reliable measures.

(8) The basket is not suitable for operation in environments with dust, corrosive substances, or during thunderstorms and under winds of level 6 or above.
(9) In the event of an emergency such as a broken working wire rope during operations, operators should remain calm and immediately shut down the equipment and safely evacuate the work platform, prohibiting further operation. Equipment issues should be addressed by a qualified maintenance personnel.
(10) Upon completion of use, turn off the power switch, secure the electrical box, lower the work platform to the ground, and relax the working wire rope. Ensure proper waterproofing for outdoor storage to prevent rainwater from entering the hoist, safety lock, and electrical box.
(11) The ground below the suspended basket is a restricted area for pedestrians; proper isolation measures and clear warning signs must be in place. All other requirements regarding construction safety technology, on-site safety procedures, labor protection, safe electrical use, and fire prevention must be strictly adhered to in accordance with relevant national and local regulations.
(12) Full-time maintenance personnel should regularly inspect all major components of the entire machine, keep detailed records, and report any malfunctions in writing for repair processing.
(13) At the end of each workday, the work platform should be lowered to the ground, allowing the safety lock arm to be relaxed.

(14) It is strictly prohibited to enclose the railing around the work platform with cloth or other airtight materials to prevent an increase in wind resistance coefficient and potential safety hazards.
(15) Working wire ropes and safety wire ropes must not have weld slag or burn marks. It is strictly prohibited to use working wire ropes or safety wire ropes as low-voltage electrical circuits for welding.
(16) It is strictly prohibited to introduce mortar, glue, waste paper, paint, and other foreign objects into the hoist and safety lock during operation.
(17) Basket cranes are not permitted to be used as passenger and cargo elevators, and additional hoisting equipment is not allowed to be installed on the basket crane.
(18) To move the basket locally, the power must first be disconnected, and the steel wire rope must be withdrawn from the hoist and the safety lock.
Prior to inserting or removing the power cable from an aviation plug, the power to the cable must first be disconnected.
(20) In the event of sudden power failure in the operation of the suspended basket, the power supply should be immediately disconnected to prevent accidents upon power restoration.
(21) If the hoist cable in the basket gets stuck inside the lifting machine, the machine should be immediately shut down, and maintenance personnel should be notified to address the issue. It is not permitted to forcibly resolve the problem by repeatedly lifting and lowering the basket.
Emphasize reliability, ensure safety, and conduct regular follow-ups.
