Chimney Brushing with Aviation Marking Ring Project Details: In addition to painting the chimney with aviation marking rings, the base layer of the cylinder wall is constructed on the old chimney concrete foundation. The engineering method is: surface cleaning of the base layer → applying anti-corrosion paint twice on both sides → overall quality inspection.

Chimney Painting Navigation Marking Operation Guidance:

1. Transportation Method of Materials: Establish a 2-ton winch on the ground with a hoist basket. Transport the materials to the top of the tower. Then, use a ф18 brown rope to distribute the materials by the tower personnel and deliver them to the workers' location. To ensure the materials reach the workers, a horseshoe buckle should also be set at the binding point, allowing the materials to slide along a ф8 steel wire rope, ensuring accurate delivery below the workers.

2. Cylinder Wall Outer Surface Cleaning: Prior to applying the cylinder wall coating, thorough cleaning of the outer surface of the cylinder wall should be conducted to ensure a strong bond between the coating and the concrete base. Cleaning Method: First, remove the accumulated dust, slurry, and corroded, powdery concrete base from the outer surface of the cylinder wall using a steel shovel. Then, smooth the surface with sandpaper.
