I. Project Overview:

This project involves the anti-corrosion treatment of a coal mine shaft steel structure. Based on our initial understanding, due to long-term corrosion from atmospheric and production environments, the steel surface of the auxiliary steel components (ladders, guardrails, platforms) of the shaft steel structure has experienced varying degrees of corrosion. To ensure "safe production" and eliminate potential safety hazards, we are conducting regular rust removal and anti-corrosion painting maintenance on the surface of the auxiliary steel structure of the shaft.

Section II: Construction Technical Requirements and Measures:

2.1 Rust and Corrosion Prevention of Steel Parts for Boring Platform: First, use a small hammer to knock off the corroded parts of the steel structure, allowing rust and corrosion dust to fall off. Then, manually remove rust using wire brushes and iron sandpaper, achieving a St2 level of rust removal according to GB8923 standard. Subsequently, apply two coats of phenolic anti-rust primer to the cleaned steel components, followed by two coats of alkyd anti-rust finish paint.

III. Construction Techniques and Measures:

3.1 The project employs a suspended scaffolding-free construction method with segmented operations: rust removal and corrosion prevention on the steel structure surface of the well rig: uses high-altitude suspended operations: workers use one Φ18mm and one Φ16mm white and brown rope each, securing the top end to the top platform, connecting the sitting ladder to the platform with the Φ18mm white and brown rope. Workers climb up the ladder to the upper platform, suspended by the Φ18mm rope for construction operations, and the Φ16mm rope serves as a double safety measure for the workers' operations. The construction is performed from top to bottom, in an orderly sequence.

3.2 During construction operations, secure one 1T pulley on the well platform, using Φ18mm white sisal rope for vertical transportation of construction equipment, materials, and paint. (All equipment, materials, and paint are transported vertically in mesh boxes.)

3.3 After each construction process is completed, it must be inspected and approved by Party A before the next process can be carried out. The steel structure painting surface requires consistent color, even application, no missed spots, and no drips or runs.

3.4 Paint mixing must strictly adhere to the standard indexes specified in the "User's Guide" of paint coatings and the product's instruction manual. Mixing and adjusting paint must be performed by professionals, who should carefully read, understand, and master the product manual. Strictly follow the mixing ratios and control the paint concentration. Mixing must be done using containers and tools, and the amount of paint mixed should be strictly tracked to match the day's application requirements, with all mixed paint used on the same day. The painted surface after application must not show pinholes, cracks, peeling, or missed spots. The coating must be smooth and even, without drips, scratches, or orange peel texture.
