Product Overview

This unit is primarily composed of dynamic extraction tanks, evaporative concentrators, and process pipelines, integrating dynamic thermal reflux extraction, vacuum concentration, and solvent recovery. It can continuously and synchronously perform extraction and concentration under closed conditions. The solvent vapor produced during concentration is condensed and refluxed back into the extraction tank. It is suitable for the low-temperature extraction of water and organic solvents at room temperature and around 60°C in industries such as traditional Chinese medicine, biology, food, and light industry. It boasts advantages such as low investment and high efficiency.

       This machine unit is mainly composed by dynamic extraction tank, evaporation concentrator and process pipes. It combines dynamic reflow extraction, vacuum concentration and solvent recycling as a whole which is capable to perform extraction and concentration continuously at the same time under closed status. The solvent steam produced during concentration will flow back to extraction tank after condensation.
