Matters to Be Mindful Of

       1. When using a double-screw scraping wall reactor for reactions, strictly adhere to the effective volume the equipment can stir. Prohibit overloading to prevent burning out the motor or damaging the reducer and other components.

       2. When a dual-screw scraped wall reactor is not used for an extended period, it should be thoroughly cleaned, the power supply should be disconnected, and lubricating oil should be injected into the lubrication areas.

       1. When reaction performs in two-way stirring wall scraping reaction kettle, please add material strictly with valid stirring volume of the equipment. Overload operation is strictly forbidden to prevent motor burnt-out or damages of reducer and other components.

       2. When the two-way stirring wall scraping reaction kettle is not in use for a long time, it shall be completely cleaned. Add lubricating oil to required parts when cut off power supply.
