Product Overview

1. The ZN-C type is an extended cylinder section separator.

2. To overcome the drawback of the secondary steam from the concentration pot being condensed before it enters the condenser and returns to the tank, this equipment modifies the condenser to a sloped horizontal design.

3. To enhance the production capacity of the equipment, the heating surface area of the concentrator jacket, as well as the condenser and cooler, has been increased to varying degrees.

4. To prevent dead corners in the outlet pipe of the concentrate tank, this product features a stainless steel spherical cock.

5. Quick-opening handholes are set at the bottom of the concentrator to facilitate the cleaning of residual liquid and solids inside the tank.

6. The ZN-C type features a two or three-sectioned heating jacket. When the liquid level is low, it automatically closes the upper section's heating to prevent wall dryout. The bottom is redesigned as a conical shape for easier complete drainage of the concentrated liquid.

       2.The condenser of this equipment is of inclined type in order to overcome disadvantages of secondary steam condensation and flowing back to the concentrator before entering the condenser.

       3.In order to improve production ability, heating area of jacket of the concentrator, area of condenser and cooler has been increased with different degrees.

       4.Stainless steel ball cock is used to prevent dead corner in liquid outlet pipe of the concentrator.

       5.Quick-open hand hole is set at lower part of the concentrator to clear residual liquid and slag inside the concentrator.

       6.The ZN-C type divides the heating jacket into two or three sections. When the liquid level is low, the upper section shall be heated to prevent dry wall forming. The bottom part shall be replaced with cone-shaped bottom to make it easier for concentration liquid discharging.
