The Traditional Chinese Medicine Alcohol Precipitation Tank Series is a specialized equipment for the alcohol precipitation (also known as solvent exchange or alcohol extraction) process in Chinese medicine factories. It is mainly used for the operation of freezing or room temperature alcohol precipitation on the solution after the decoction of Chinese herbs has been concentrated. It can also be used for the operation of water precipitation after the alcohol extraction and concentration of Chinese herbs. It consists of two models: Type A for pneumatic slag discharge, and Type B for ball valve slag discharge.

       Chinese medicine alcohol precipitation tank series is the special equipment newly developed by our factory for alcohol precipitation (also called solvent replacement or alcohol-precipitation) required by traditional Chinese medicine factory. It is mainly used for freezing of concentrated traditional Chinese medicine decoction or precipitation of alcohol under normal temperature. It can also be used for water precipitation after concentration of alcohol extraction from traditional Chinese Medicine. There are two models: A type is of pneumatic deslagging and B type is of ball valve deslagging.
