MVR Evaporator Overview
MVR Evaporator (Mechanical Vapor Recompression), a novel evaporator that reuses secondary steam after compression. It can evaporate materials by simply heating them to the evaporation temperature with the system running, requiring minimal external energy during normal operation, representing a new energy-saving technology in the evaporation concentration field. As early as the 1960s, Germany and France began applying this technology to industries such as chemicals, pharmaceuticals, papermaking, wastewater treatment, and seawater desalination.
This MVR evaporator is initiated and heated using steam or electric heating equipment; PLC automatic control; can be started or stopped at any time, with a high degree of automation.
