HPEG is a propyl ether product synthesized by a specific process, characterized by high reactivity and high retention rate of double bonds. The polycarboxylate superplasticizer produced from it as raw material boasts high water-reducing efficiency, wide adaptability, and high cost-performance ratio.

Performance and quality indicators of synthetic superplasticizers:
This product can react with unsaturated acids such as propionic acid and butyric anhydride, producing polycarboxylate-based water-reducing agents that offer high cost-performance, high water-reducing efficiency, good plasticity retention, and durability.
·High cost-performance ratio. Achieves a higher cost-performance ratio while maintaining the same water-reduction rate.
·Low admixture rate, high water-reducing rate. For a water-reducing agent stock with a solid content of 20%, an admixture rate of 1.0% (concrete material usage) can achieve a water-reducing rate of 30-35%.
·Excellent plasticity. The concrete has minimal slump loss after 1 hour.
· Durability. Significantly reduces water usage and enhances the durability of concrete.
· Environmentally friendly. No formaldehyde, low chloride and sulfate ion content during the water reducer production process.
Application Areas:
Poly羧酸系减水剂 produced by HPEG-2400 is suitable for preparing retardant concrete, precast concrete, cast-in-place concrete, high-performance concrete, high-slump concrete, self-compacting concrete, and mass concrete. It can be used in high-speed railways, large-scale bridges, water conservancy projects, hydropower, nuclear power, subways, expressways, harbor wharfs, and various types of construction projects.
