Performance & Applications

1. O-3 and O-5 are readily soluble in oils and organic solvents. They can be used as W/O emulsifiers, fiber softeners, and silk finishing agents.

2. O-8, O-9, O-10, O-15, O-20, O-30 are easily soluble in water and organic solvents, stable to acids, alkalis, and hard water. They exhibit good wetting, emulsifying, and cleaning properties.

3. O-8 and O-9 are used as leveling agents, retarders, emulsifiers in the glass fiber industry, components of textile oiling agents, emulsifiers in the production of cosmetics and soft creams, and for the preparation of household and industrial cleaners. O-10 serves as a component of various textile oiling agents in the chemical fiber industry, offering good spinnability; as an emulsifier in general industry, it has excellent emulsifying properties with animal, vegetable, and mineral oils, with the prepared emulsions being highly stable; it can also be used to make household detergents, industrial cleaners, metal cleaners; as a wetting agent in the textile industry; and as a component of emulsifiers in the pesticide industry. O-15 has good scouring properties; as a leveling and retardant in the dyeing industry, it enhances color fastness and provides vibrant, attractive shades; as a cleaner in metal processing, it easily removes surface oil污, facilitating subsequent processing; as an emulsifier in general industry, it can produce extremely stable emulsions. O-20 possesses diffusing, leveling, wetting, and foaming properties, and has a good affinity for direct and还原 dyes; in the textile industry, it is used as a leveling agent, diffuser, desizing agent, retarder, half-printing antifading agent, antiscaling agent, and brightener; it has unique emulsifying properties with stearic acid, paraffin, and mineral oils, and can be used as an emulsifier in latex industry, polymerization reactions of high polymer emulsions, and glass fiber lubricants; it can effectively remove dirt accumulated on fabrics from dye decomposition; it is used as a component of spinning oils for polyester and other synthetic fibers; as a raw material for paint paste A, adhesive FD, and rubber BA in chemical production; and as a cleaner for raw wool and as an agent for permeating fruit tree pesticides.

4. O-30 can be mixed with various surfactants, offering excellent dispersion and emulsifying properties. It is used as a leveling agent, dyeing retardant, glass fiber emulsifier, and industrial detergent.
