Performance and Features

1. This product disperses in hot water, dissolves in most organic solvents, and has excellent emulsifying and lubricating properties.

2. This product exhibits excellent emulsifying properties for 58# paraffin wax, resulting in a fine and stable paraffin emulsion, which is widely used in fiberboard processing, textile, and papermaking industries.

ShouldUsed】

1. Generally, for 58# paraffin wax, the solid content of the wax emulsion (including paraffin and emulsifier) is 20% to 30%, with the emulsifier dosage being 35% of the paraffin amount. To prepare 100 kg of 30% wax emulsion, you will need 70 kg of water, 23 kg of paraffin wax, and 7 kg of emulsifier.

2. Preparation Process: Heat measured water to 80~90°C; simultaneously, add the measured emulsifier to the measured paraffin and mix while heating until melted. Then, add this mixture to the above hot water, stir until well blended, maintain the temperature for 10 minutes, and cool to obtain a blue-lit dense emulsion. (For reference)

Packaging and Storage

200Kg iron drums, 50Kg plastic drums packaging. Stored and transported as general chemicals. Kept in a dry, well-ventilated area. Shelf life: 2 years.
