【Performance and Features】

1. Soluble in water, with excellent permeability, and its permeability is not affected above the cloud point.

2. Used as an penetrant in the textile industry for processes such as sizing, desizing, scouring, bleaching, carbonization, etc. Can serve as an assistive penetrant in dyeing and finishing baths.

3. Used as an penetrant in the leather industry, also as a degreaser.

4. Features strong wool washing capability, easily removes various oil stains, and has a soft feel.

ShouldUsed】

1. Penetration: Suitable for textile, dyeing, and finishing processes where anionic penetrants cannot be used. This assistant is typically used at a dosage of 1~5g/L.

2. Desizing: When using bio-enzyme desizing (starch size), blending with JFC can accelerate the process, with a general dosage of about 0.1% of the liquid weight.

3. Fiber Refining: During the refining process of acetate fiber and other composite fibers, adding 2-5g/L of JFC and 5g/L of sodium chloride to the refining solution can enhance the refining effect.

4. Wool Clean Wash: The penetrant JFC has wool-cleaning capabilities and leaves no residue on the wool, avoiding discoloration and other defects. The fiber feels soft. This penetrant can be used in neutral, alkaline, or acidic environments, can be mixed with soap in hard water, or used alone. The ideal temperature for use is 40-50°C.

5. Wool Carbonization: During wool carbonization, an渗透剂JFC of 0.5~1g/L can be added to shorten the carbonization time, reduce acidity, and enhance the carbonization effect.

Packaging and Storage

200Kg iron drums, 50Kg plastic drums packaging. Store and transport as general chemicals. Keep in a dry, well-ventilated area. Shelf life: 2 years.
