Performance and Applications

1. This series of products dissolves in general organic solvents and forms a colloid in water.

2. Used as an anti-static agent, emulsifier, rewetting agent, and lubricant. Suitable for insecticides and herbicides, oil additive, textile lubricant. Also used as an emulsifier in aqueous inks and cosmetics.

3. Di-(β-hydroxyethyl) coconut amine is used as an internal antistatic agent for polypropylene and ABS. It is also used as an antistatic and anticorrosive agent in steam generators and circulating systems.

4. Di-(β-hydroxyethyl)stear胺 is a plastic-specific antistatic agent, used as an internal antistatic agent for polyethylene and polyethylene-vinyl acetate, offering good compatibility, heat resistance, and stability. Its non-toxic properties are particularly notable, and it is mainly used in packaging films, daily plastic containers, mining plastic pipes, polypropylene fibers, and more. For instance, in a 100-part mixture of high-pressure polyethylene, adding 0.25 parts of this product (containing 55% additives) results in mining pipes with a stable surface resistance of 108Ω, Meets the technical requirements for mining pipe materials. The washing machine drum made from polypropylene resin with 0.3~0.5% of this product (containing 55% of additives) is not easily soiled and easy to clean. It is also used as an antiseptic oil emulsifier.

5. Di-(β-hydroxyethyl)stearamine is used as an internal antistatic agent for polyethylene. Dosage: 0.5~2%.

Packaging and Storage

200Kg iron drums / 50Kg plastic drums packaging. Stored and transported as general chemicals. Kept in a dry, well-ventilated area. Shelf life: 2 years.
