AC-1801

AC-1802

This product is insoluble in water and soluble in organic solvents. It is used as an internal antistatic agent for plastics and as an additive in the textile industry.

AC-1810

This product dissolves in water and organic solvents. It is used as a leveling agent for reducing acid dyes; as a corrosion inhibitor in petroleum cracking units; and as a lubricant, emulsifier, and dispersant in the pesticide, textile, papermaking, and leather industries.

1. This product is water-soluble, existing as a non-ionic form in alkaline or neutral mediums and as a cationic form in acidic mediums, with excellent even dyeing and diffusion properties.

2. Primarily used as a leveling agent for acidic metal complex dyes, it can reduce the amount of sulfuric acid used in the dye bath, minimize fabric strength damage, and can also be used as a leveling agent for neutral and还原染料. It effectively controls the rate of instant color application and dye migration, and aids in quick dyeing at high temperatures.

3. As a leveling agent in wool, hemp, silk, and synthetic fibers, increasing the concentration makes it an ideal desizing agent. Used as a desizer for wool and nylon fabrics, it is for wool desizing and leveling dyeing, which can improve the fabric's appearance. It can also enhance the fabric's abrasion resistance during ice dyeing and printing.

4. As an additive in the production of粘胶纤维帘子线, it enhances the strength of the cord, improves the filtration and processing of粘胶, and boosts the individual fiber strength of the cord. This results in a reduction of about 20~40% in the replacement rate of the spinning nozzle.

5. Used as an emulsifier, antistatic agent, and dispersant in textiles.

Used as a cleaner, emulsifier, dispersant, desizing agent, antistatic agent, and softener in the textile dyeing and finishing industry; in the alkali solution, it can enhance the filtrability and anti-creel properties of the original starch paste, significantly reduce the electrical load, and improve the looseness of alkali fibers.

In the textile industry, used as a leveling agent for silk printed fabrics post-treatment, preventing white backgrounds from staining and enhancing vibrancy; in the daily chemical industry, used in shampoos to increase hair luster.
