Terms of Use:

Silicone sealing strips are crucial for the box's sealing and waterproofing. During the cleaning process, prevent scratching or damaging the sealing strips to avoid being pierced by pointed objects or cut by knives.

During use, any foreign matter adhering to the sealing strip and grooves when the box is opened, such as sand or debris, should be inspected or cleaned thoroughly to ensure the box's sealing performance.

4. Stains on the external surface of the box can be removed with household cleaning agents. Avoid using stiff brushes, like steel wool, to prevent scratching the box surface.

5. Multi-layered grid-shaped sponge design allows for easy customization of various cavities; if too much sponge is accidentally pulled out, it can be bonded with glue.

6. During hot and humid seasons, please avoid placing the equipment box in direct sunlight or any location where excessive heat is generated to prevent overheating inside the box.

Quality Assurance:

All moisture-proof boxes undergo strict inspection and testing before shipment to ensure airtight and non-deforming performance. Subject to force majeure, we offer a 12-month warranty on the box, providing free replacement of gaskets or other components. Shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility.

Order Instructions:

Product colors can be customized to your preference (color samples required), but there is a minimum order requirement.

2. Products can be customized with flame-retardant, antistatic, and other special performance materials, but there is a minimum order quantity requirement.

3. Most products can be modified according to requirements, such as drilling holes, adding or modifying PCB mounting posts, etc. (Modification fees apply.)

4. Our products are designed according to the labeled protection level, but we do not provide relevant protection and explosion-proof level certificates.

5. For any special requirements, please call to inquire prior to placing your order and clearly note them on the order form.

6. Due to frequent updates or improvements to our products, the product data may not be up-to-date. Please ensure confirmation before placing an order.
