2. Silicone sealing strips are crucial for box sealing and waterproofing. During the box opening and cleaning process, prevent scratching or damaging the sealing strips to avoid punctures from pointed objects or cuts.

During use, any foreign matter attached to the sealing strip or grooves when the box is opened, such as sand or debris, should be inspected or cleaned thoroughly to ensure the box's sealing performance.

4. Stains on the external surface of the box can be cleaned off with household cleaning agents. Avoid using stiff brushes, like steel wool, to prevent scratching the box surface.

5. Multi-layer grid-cut sponge with reserved design for easy customization of various cavities. If too much sponge is accidentally pulled out, it can be glued back together.

6. During hot and humid seasons, to prevent excessive temperature inside the equipment box, please do not expose it to any area directly under the sun or where high temperatures are generated.

Quality Assurance:

All moisture-proof boxes undergo rigorous inspection and testing before shipment to ensure airtight and non-deformed sealing. Subject to force majeure, we offer a 12-month warranty for the box during normal use, providing free replacement of gaskets or other components such as tighteners. Shipping costs are borne by the buyer.

Order Instructions:

Product colors can be customized at your request (color samples required), but there is a minimum order requirement.

2. Products can be replaced with flame-retardant, antistatic, and other special performance materials upon request, but there is a minimum order quantity requirement.

3. Most products are modified according to specifications, such as drilling holes, adding or modifying PCB mounting posts, etc. (Modification mold fees apply.)

4. Our products are designed according to the labeled protection level, but we do not provide relevant protection and explosion-proof level certificates.

5. For any special requirements, please call to inquire before placing an order and specify in detail on the order form.

6. Due to frequent modifications or improvements to our products, product data may not be up-to-date. Please always confirm the details before placing an order.
