Terms of Use:

The bottom of the case and the top of the lid feature a designated area for logo application.

2. Silicone gaskets are crucial for box sealing and waterproofing. During the box's opening and cleaning process, prevent scratching or damaging the gaskets to avoid punctures from sharp objects or cuts.

During use, any foreign matter adhering to the sealing strip or grooves when the box is opened, such as sand or debris, should be inspected or cleaned thoroughly to ensure the box's sealing performance.

4. Stains on the exterior surface of the box can be cleaned with household cleaning agents. Avoid using stiff brushes like wire brushes to prevent scratching the box surface.

5. Multi-layered grid-shaped cut sponge with reserved design for easy customization of various cavities. If too much sponge is accidentally pulled out, it can be glued together.

6. During hot and humid seasons, please do not expose the equipment case to any direct sunlight or high-temperature areas to avoid excessive internal temperatures.

Quality Assurance:

All moisture-proof boxes undergo strict inspection and testing before shipment to ensure they are airtight and non-deforming. Unless due to force majeure, we offer a 12-month warranty for the box, providing free replacement of seals or other components. Shipping costs are borne by the buyer.

Order Instructions:

Product colors can be customized as desired (color samples required), but there is a minimum order requirement.

2. Products can be customized with flame-retardant, anti-static, and other special performance materials upon request, but there is a minimum order quantity requirement.

3. Most products can be modified as required, such as drilling holes, adding or modifying PCB mounting posts, etc. (Modification charges apply.)

4. Our products are designed according to the labeled protection grade, but we do not provide relevant protection and explosion-proof grade certificates.

5. Please call to inquire in advance if there are any special requirements and clearly note them on the order.

6. Due to frequent modifications or improvements to our products, product data may not be up-to-date. Please always confirm the details before placing an order.
