Terms of Use:

The bottom of the case and the top of the lid feature a designated area for logo placement.

Silicone sealing strips are crucial for the box's sealing and waterproofing. During the cleaning process, prevent scratching or damaging the sealing strips to avoid punctures from sharp objects or cuts.

During use, any foreign matter adhering to the sealing strip or grooves when the box is opened, such as sand or debris, should be inspected or cleaned thoroughly to ensure the box's sealing performance.

4. Stains on the external surface of the box can be cleaned off with household cleaning agents. Avoid using stiff brushes, such as wire brushes, to prevent scratching the box surface.

5. Multi-layer square grid-shaped cut sponge with reserved design for easy customization of various cavities; if too much sponge is accidentally pulled out, it can be glued together.

6. During high-temperature and high-humidity seasons, please do not expose the equipment box to any place directly under the sun or where high temperatures are generated to avoid excessive internal temperatures.

Quality Assurance:

All moisture-proof safety boxes are rigorously inspected and tested before shipment to ensure they are sealed and waterproof without deformation. Subject to unforeseeable circumstances, we offer a 12-month warranty for the box during normal use, covering free replacement of gaskets or other fastening components. Shipping costs are borne by the buyer.

Order Instructions:

Product colors can be customized to your preference (color samples required), but there is a minimum order requirement.

2. Products can be replaced with flame-retardant, antistatic, and other special performance materials upon request, but there is a minimum order quantity requirement.

3. Most products can be modified according to requirements, such as drilling holes, adding or modifying PCB mounting posts, etc. (Modification fees apply.)

4. Our products are designed according to the marked protection level, but we do not provide relevant protection and explosion-proof level certificates.

5. Please call to inquire if you have any special requirements before placing an order and specify them in detail on the order form.

6. Due to frequent modifications or improvements to our products, product data may not be up-to-date. Please always confirm the details before placing an order.
