2. Silicone gaskets are crucial for box sealing and waterproofing. During the box opening and cleaning process, prevent scratching or damaging the gaskets, and avoid piercing or cutting them with pointed objects.

During use, any foreign matter adhering to the sealing strip or grooves when the box is opened, such as sand or debris, should be inspected or cleaned to ensure the box's sealing performance.

4. Stains on the exterior surface of the box can be cleaned with household cleaning agents. Avoid using stiff brushes, such as wire brushes, to prevent scratching the box surface.

5. Multi-layer grid-shaped cut sponge design for easy customization of various cavities; if too much sponge is accidentally pulled out, it can be bonded with glue.

6. During hot and humid seasons, please do not expose the equipment box to any area directly under the sun or where high temperatures are generated to avoid excessive internal temperature.

Quality Assurance:

All moisture-proof safety boxes undergo rigorous inspection and testing before shipment to ensure airtight and non-distorted sealing. Unless due to force majeure, we will provide warranty for the boxes within 12 months of normal use, offering free replacement of seals or other fastening parts. Shipping costs are borne by the buyer.

Order Instructions:

Product colors can be customized to your preference (color samples required), but there is a minimum order requirement.

2. Products can be replaced with flame-retardant, anti-static, and other special performance materials upon request, but there is a minimum order quantity requirement.

3. Most products are modified according to specifications, such as drilling holes, adding or modifying PCB mounting posts, etc. (Modification fees apply.)

4. Our products are designed according to the labeled protection class, but we do not provide relevant protection and explosion-proof grade certificates.

5. For any special requirements, please contact us by phone before placing an order and clearly note them on the order form.

6. Due to frequent modifications or improvements to our products, the product data may not be up-to-date. Please ensure confirmation of the order when placing an order.
