2. Silicone sealing strips are crucial for box sealing and waterproofing. During the box opening and cleaning process, prevent scratching or damaging the sealing strips to avoid piercing with pointed objects or cutting damage.

During use, any foreign matter adhering to the sealing strip or grooves when the box is opened, such as sand or debris, should be inspected or cleaned thoroughly to ensure the box's sealing performance.

4. Stains on the exterior surface of the box can be cleaned with household detergents. Avoid using stiff brushes like wire brushes to prevent scratching the box surface.

5. Multi-layer grid-cut sponge with reserved design for easy customization of various cavities; if too much sponge is accidentally pulled out, it can be bonded with glue.

6. During high temperature and humidity seasons, please do not expose the equipment box to any location where it is directly exposed to the sun or generates high heat to avoid excessive internal temperatures.

Quality Assurance:

All moisture-proof boxes are rigorously inspected and tested before shipment to ensure airtightness and no deformation. Subject to unforeseeable circumstances, we offer a 12-month warranty on the box, including free replacement of seals or other components. Shipping fees are the buyer's responsibility.

Order Instructions:

Product colors can be customized at your request (color samples required), but there is a minimum order requirement.

2. Products can be replaced with flame-retardant, antistatic, and other special performance materials upon request, but there is a minimum order quantity requirement.

3. Most products can be modified as required, such as making holes, adding or modifying PCB mounting posts, etc. (Modification fees apply.)

4. Our products are designed according to the labeled protection class, but we do not provide relevant protection and explosion-proof grade certificates.

5. Please call to inquire if you have any special requirements prior to placing an order and clearly specify them on the order form.

6. Due to frequent modifications or improvements to our products, product data may not be up-to-date. Please always verify the details before placing an order.
