Terms of Use:

The bottom of the case and the top of the lid feature a LOGO adhesive area.

2. Silicone sealing strips are crucial for box sealing and waterproofing. During the box opening and cleaning process, prevent scratching or damaging the sealing strips to avoid punctures from pointed objects or cuts from blades.

During use, any foreign matter adhering to the sealing strip or grooves when the box is opened, such as sand or debris, should be inspected or cleaned thoroughly to ensure the box's sealing performance.

4. Stains on the exterior surface of the box can be cleaned with household cleaning agents. Avoid using stiff bristles, such as wire brushes, to prevent scratching the box surface.

5. Multi-layer grid-cut sponge with reserved design for easy customization of various cavities; if too much sponge is accidentally pulled out, it can be glued together.

6. During hot and humid seasons, to prevent excessive temperature inside the container, please avoid placing the equipment box in any area exposed to direct sunlight or high heat.

Quality Assurance:

All moisture-proof boxes undergo rigorous inspection and testing before shipment to ensure airtight and non-deforming seals. Unless due to force majeure, we offer a 12-month warranty on the boxes, providing free replacement of seals or other accessories. Shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

Order Instructions:

Product colors can be customized to your preference (color samples required), but there is a minimum order requirement.

2. Products can be upgraded to flame-retardant, anti-static, and other special performance materials upon request, but minimum order quantities apply.

3. Most products are modified according to requirements, such as drilling holes, adding or modifying PCB mounting posts, etc. (Modification fees apply.)

4. Our products are designed according to the labeled protection grade, but we do not provide relevant protection and explosion-proof grade certificates.

5. For special requirements, please call to inquire before placing the order and clearly specify on the order form.

6. Due to frequent updates or improvements to our products, product data may not be up-to-date. Please always verify the information before placing an order.
