Terms of Use:

The bottom of the box and the top of the lid feature a designated area for logo application.

2. Silicone sealing strips are crucial for box sealing and waterproofing. During the process of opening and cleaning the box, prevent scratching or damaging the sealing strips to avoid punctures from pointed objects or cuts from blades.

During use, any foreign matter adhering to the sealing strip or grooves when the box is opened, such as sand or debris, should be inspected or cleaned to ensure the box's sealing performance.

4. Stains on the exterior surface of the box can be cleaned with household cleaning agents. Avoid using stiff bristles, such as wire brushes, to prevent scratching the box surface.

5. Multi-layer grid-shaped cut sponge design for easy customization of various cavities; if too much sponge is accidentally pulled out, it can be bonded with glue.

6. During hot and humid seasons, to avoid excessive temperatures inside the equipment box, please do not expose it to direct sunlight or any location that generates high heat.

Quality Assurance:

All moisture-proof safety boxes are rigorously inspected and tested before shipment to ensure airtightness and non-distortion. Subject to force majeure, we offer a 12-month warranty for the box during normal use, providing free replacement of gaskets or other components such as tighteners. Shipping costs are borne by the buyer.

Order Instructions:

Product colors can be customized to your preference (color samples required), but there is a minimum order requirement.

2. Products can be upgraded to flame-retardant, antistatic, and other special performance materials upon request, but minimum order quantities apply.

3. Most products can be modified as required, such as drilling holes, adding or modifying PCB mounting posts, etc. (Modification fees apply.)

4. Our products are designed according to the labeled protection level, but we do not provide relevant protection and explosion-proof level certificates.

5. For any special requirements, please call to inquire before placing the order and clearly indicate on the order form.

6. Due to frequent modifications or improvements to our products, product data may not be up-to-date. Please always confirm the details before placing an order.
