Terms of Use:

The bottom of the case and the top of the lid feature a designated area for logo application.

Silicone sealing strips are crucial for box sealing and waterproofing. During the box's opening and cleaning process, prevent scratching or damaging the sealing strips, and avoid piercing them with pointed objects or cutting them with a knife.

During use, any foreign matter adhering to the sealing strip or grooves when the box is opened, such as sand or debris, should be inspected or cleaned thoroughly to ensure the box's sealing performance.

4. Stains on the external surface of the box can be cleaned off with household cleaning agents. Avoid using stiff brushes like steel wool to prevent scratching the box surface.

5. Multi-layered square grid cut sponge with reserved design for easy customization of various cavities; if too much sponge is accidentally pulled out, it can be glued together.

6. During high-temperature and high-humidity seasons, please do not expose the equipment box to direct sunlight or any location that generates excessive heat to avoid overheating inside the box.

Quality Assurance:

All moisture-proof boxes are rigorously inspected and tested before shipment to ensure they are sealed and waterproof without deformation. Unless due to force majeure, we will warranty the box for 12 months of normal use and provide free replacement of gaskets or other components as needed. Shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

Order Instructions:

Product colors can be customized to your preference (color samples required), but there is a minimum order requirement.

2. Products can be upgraded to flame-retardant, anti-static, and other special performance materials upon request, but minimum order quantities apply.

3. Most products can be modified according to requirements, such as drilling holes, adding or modifying PCB mounting posts, etc. (Modification fees apply.)

4. Our products are designed according to the marked protection levels, but we do not provide relevant protection and explosion-proof grade certificates.

5. For any special requirements, please call to inquire prior to placing an order and detail them clearly on the order form.

6. Due to frequent modifications or improvements to our products, product data may not be up-to-date. Please always confirm the details before placing an order.
