Terms of Use:

The bottom of the case and the top of the lid are equipped with a logo sticker area.

2. Silicone seal strips are crucial for box sealing and waterproofing. During the box opening and cleaning process, prevent scratching or damaging the seal strips to avoid punctures from pointed objects or cuts.

During use, any foreign matter adhering to the sealing strip or grooves when the box is opened, such as sand or debris, should be inspected or cleaned thoroughly to ensure the box's sealing performance.

4. Stains on the external surface of the box can be cleaned off with household cleaners. Avoid using stiff brushes, like steel wool, to prevent scratching the box surface.

5. Multi-layered grid-shaped cut sponge with reserved design for easy customization of various cavities; if too much sponge is accidentally pulled out, it can be bonded with glue.

6. During hot and humid seasons, to prevent excessive temperatures inside the equipment case, please do not expose it to any area where it is directly exposed to the sun or generates high heat.

Quality Assurance:

All moisture-proof boxes undergo rigorous inspection and testing before shipment to ensure airtight and non-deforming seals. Unless unforeseen circumstances occur, we offer a 12-month warranty on the boxes, providing free replacement of gaskets or other essential parts. Shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility.

Order Instructions:

Product colors can be customized at will (color samples required), but there is a minimum order requirement.

2. Products can be customized with flame-retardant, anti-static, and other special performance materials upon request, but minimum order quantities apply.

3. Most products can be modified as required, such as drilling holes, adding or modifying PCB mounting posts, etc. (Modification fees apply.)

4. Our products are designed according to the specified protection levels, but we do not provide relevant protection and explosion-proof certification.

5. Please contact us by phone for any special requirements prior to placing an order and clearly note them on the order form.

6. Due to frequent modifications or improvements to our products, product data may not be up-to-date. Please ensure confirmation of the order before placing it.
