Terms of Use:

The bottom of the case and the top of the lid are equipped with a LOGO粘贴 area.

2. Silicone sealing strips are crucial for box sealing and waterproofing. During the box opening and cleaning process, prevent scratching or damaging the sealing strips to avoid punctures from pointed objects or cuts.

During use, any foreign matter adhering to the sealing strip or grooves when the box is opened, such as sand or debris, should be inspected or cleaned thoroughly to ensure the box's sealing performance.

4. Stains on the external surface of the box can be cleaned off with household cleaning agents. Avoid using stiff bristles like steel wool brushes to prevent scratching the box surface.

5. Multi-layer grid-shaped cut sponge design for easy customization of various cavities; if too much sponge is accidentally pulled out, it can be bonded with glue.

6. To prevent excessive temperature inside the equipment box during hot and humid seasons, please do not expose it to any place where it is directly exposed to the sun or generates high heat.

Quality Assurance:

All moisture-proof boxes undergo rigorous inspection and testing before shipment to ensure airtight and non-distorted performance. Unless unforeseen circumstances occur, we offer a 12-month warranty on the boxes, during which we will provide free replacement of gaskets or other accessories like tighteners. Shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

Order Instructions:

Product colors can be customized as per your request (color samples required), but there is a minimum order requirement.

2. Products can be replaced with flame-retardant, anti-static, and other special performance materials upon request, but a minimum order quantity is required.

3. Most products are modified according to requirements, such as drilling holes, adding or modifying PCB mounting posts, etc. (Modification fee applies.)

4. Our products are designed according to the labeled protection grade, but we do not provide relevant protection and explosion-proof grade certificates.

5. Please call to inquire if you have any special requirements before placing an order and clearly note them on the order form.

6. Due to frequent modifications or improvements to our products, product data may not be updated in a timely manner. Please ensure confirmation before placing an order.
