Terms of Use:

The bottom of the case and the top of the lid feature designated areas for logo affixation.

Silicone sealing strips are crucial for box sealing and waterproofing. During the box opening and cleaning process, prevent scratching or damaging the sealing strips to avoid piercing or cutting them with pointed objects.

During use, any foreign matter attached to the sealing strip or grooves when the box is opened, such as sand or debris, should be inspected or cleaned to ensure the box's sealing performance.

4. Stains on the external surface of the box can be cleaned off with household cleaning agents. Avoid using stiff brushes, such as wire brushes, to prevent scratching the box surface.

5. Multi-layer grid-shaped cut sponge with reserved design for easy customization of various cavities; if too much sponge is accidentally pulled out, it can be glued together.

6. During high-temperature and high-humidity seasons, please do not expose the equipment box to any place directly under the sun or where heat is generated to avoid excessive internal temperature.

Quality Assurance:

All moisture-proof safety boxes undergo rigorous inspections and tests before shipment to ensure they are airtight and do not deform. Subject to force majeure, we offer a 12-month warranty on the box during normal use, and will provide free replacements for seals or other components such as clamps. Shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

Order Instructions:

Product colors can be customized as per your request (color samples required), but there is a minimum order requirement.

2. Products can be upgraded to flame-retardant, static-dissipative, and other special-performance materials upon request, but a minimum order quantity is required.

3. Most products are modified according to requirements, such as making holes, adding or modifying PCB mounting posts, etc. (Modification fees apply.)

4. Our products are designed according to the labeled protection ratings; however, we do not provide certificates for related protection or explosion-proof ratings.

5. Please call to inquire if you have special requirements prior to placing an order and specify them in detail on the order form.

6. Due to frequent modifications or improvements to our products, product data may not be up-to-date. Please always verify before placing an order.
