Terms of Use:

The bottom of the box and above the lid feature a designated area for LOGO粘贴.

2. Silicone gaskets are crucial for box sealing and waterproofing. During the box opening and cleaning process, prevent scratching or damaging the gaskets to avoid piercing or cutting them with pointed objects.

During use, any foreign matter adhering to the sealing strip or grooves when the box is opened, such as sand or debris, should be inspected or cleaned thoroughly to ensure the box's sealing performance.

4. Stains on the exterior surface of the box can be cleaned with household cleaning agents. Avoid using stiff brushes, such as wire brushes, to prevent scratching the box surface.

5. Multi-layered grid-shaped cut sponge with reserved design for easy customization of various cavities. If too much sponge is accidentally pulled out, it can be bonded with glue.

6. During high temperature and humidity seasons, to avoid excessive heat inside the container, please do not expose the equipment box to any direct sunlight or high-temperature generating areas.

Quality Assurance:

All moisture-proof boxes are strictly inspected and tested before shipment to ensure airtightness and non-distortion. Subject to force majeure exceptions, we offer a 12-month warranty on the box during normal use, covering free replacement of gaskets or other components such as tighteners. Shipping costs are borne by the buyer.

Order Instructions:

Product colors can be customized to your preference (color samples required), but there is a minimum order requirement.

2. Products can be replaced with flame-retardant, anti-static, and other special performance materials upon request, but there is a minimum order quantity requirement.

3. Most products can be modified as required, such as drilling holes, adding or modifying PCB mounting posts, etc. (Modification fees apply.)

4. Our products are designed according to the labeled protection level, but we do not provide relevant protection and explosion-proof level certificates.

5. For any special requirements, please contact us by phone prior to placing an order and specify them in detail on the order form.

6. Due to frequent modifications or improvements to our products, the product data may not be up-to-date. Please ensure confirmation of the order when placing it.
