Terms of Use:

The bottom of the case and the top of the lid feature a logo adhesive area.

2. Silicone gaskets are crucial for box sealing and waterproofing. During the box's opening and cleaning process, prevent scratching or damaging the gaskets, and avoid piercing them with pointed objects or cutting them with knives.

During use, any foreign matter adhering to the sealing strip or grooves when the box is opened, such as sand or debris, should be inspected or cleaned thoroughly to ensure the box's sealing performance.

4. Stains on the exterior surface of the box can be cleaned with household cleaners. Avoid using stiff brushes, such as steel wool, to prevent scratching the box surface.

5. Multi-layered grid-shaped cut sponge with reserved design for easy customization of various cavities; if too much sponge is accidentally pulled out, it can be glued together.

6. During high-temperature and high-humidity seasons, please do not expose the equipment box to any area directly under the sun or where high temperatures are generated to avoid excessive internal temperature.

Quality Assurance:

All moisture-proof safety boxes undergo rigorous inspection and testing before shipment to ensure airtight and non-deforming seals. Unless due to force majeure, we offer a 12-month warranty on the box, providing free replacement of gaskets or other accessories upon request. Shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

Order Instructions:

Product colors can be customized to your preference (color samples required), but there is a minimum order requirement.

2. Products can be replaced with flame-retardant, anti-static, and other special performance materials upon request, but a minimum order quantity is required.

3. Most products can be modified as requested, such as making holes, adding or modifying PCB mounting posts, etc. (Modification fees apply.)

4. Our products are designed according to the marked protection level, but we do not provide relevant protection and explosion-proof level certificates.

5. Please call to inquire if you have any special requirements before placing your order and note them in detail on the order form.

6. Due to frequent modifications or improvements to our products, product data may not be up-to-date. Please always confirm the details before placing an order.
