Terms of Use:

The bottom of the case and the top of the lid feature a logo粘贴 area.

Silicone sealing strips are crucial for box sealing and waterproofing. During the box opening and cleaning process, prevent scratching or damaging the sealing strips to avoid piercing or cutting them with pointed objects.

During use, any foreign matter adhering to the sealing strip or grooves when the box is opened, such as sand or debris, should be inspected or cleaned thoroughly to ensure the box's sealing performance.

4. Stains on the exterior surface of the box can be cleaned with household cleaning agents. Avoid using stiff brushes like wire brushes to prevent scratching the box surface.

5. Multi-layer grid-shaped cut sponge design for easy customization of various cavities; if too much sponge is accidentally pulled out, it can be bonded with glue.

6. During high-temperature and high-humidity seasons, please do not expose the equipment case to any direct sunlight or high-temperature sources to avoid excessive internal temperatures.

Quality Assurance:

All moisture-proof safety boxes are rigorously inspected and tested before shipment to ensure they are airtight and non-deforming. Subject to force majeure, we offer a 12-month warranty on the boxes during normal usage, during which we will provide free replacements for gaskets or other fittings such as clamps. Shipping costs are to be borne by the buyer.

Order Instructions:

Product colors can be customized as per your request (color samples required), but there is a minimum order requirement.

2. Products can be upgraded to flame-retardant, anti-static, and other special performance materials upon request, but a minimum order quantity is required.

3. Most products are modified as required, such as drilling holes, adding or modifying PCB mounting posts, etc. (Modification fees apply.)

4. Our products are designed according to the labeled protection grade; however, we do not provide relevant protection and explosion-proof grade certificates.

5. Please call to inquire for special requirements prior to placing an order and detail them on the order form.

6. Due to frequent modifications or improvements to our products, the product data may not be up-to-date. Please always verify the details before placing an order.
