Silicone sealing strips are crucial for the box's sealing and waterproofing. During the box opening and cleaning process, prevent scratching or damaging the sealing strips, and avoid piercing or cutting them with pointed objects.

During use, any foreign matter adhering to the sealing strip or grooves when the box is opened, such as sand or debris, should be inspected or cleaned thoroughly to ensure the box's sealing performance.

4. Stains on the external surface of the box can be cleaned off with household cleaning agents. Avoid using stiff brushes like wire brushes to prevent scratching the box surface.

5. Multi-layered grid-shaped cut sponge with reserved design for easy customization of various cavities. If too much sponge is accidentally pulled out, it can be bonded with glue.

6. During hot and humid seasons, to avoid excessive temperatures inside the equipment box, please do not expose it to direct sunlight or any location that generates high heat.

Quality Assurance:

All moisture-proof safety boxes are strictly inspected and tested before shipment to ensure airtightness and no deformation. Subject to unforeseeable circumstances, we offer a 12-month warranty for the box during normal use, providing free replacement of seals or other accessories. Shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility.

Order Instructions:

Product colors can be customized to your preference (color samples required), but there is a minimum order requirement.

2. Products can be customized with flame-retardant, anti-static, and other special performance materials, but there is a minimum order quantity requirement.

3. Most products can be modified according to requirements, such as drilling holes, adding or modifying PCB mounting posts, etc. (Modification fee applies.)

4. Our products are designed according to the labeled protection level, but we do not provide relevant protection and explosion-proof level certificates.

5. Please contact us by phone for special requirements prior to placing an order and clearly note them on the order form.

6. Due to frequent modifications or improvements to our products, the product data may not be up-to-date. Please ensure confirmation of the order before placing it.
