2. Silicone sealing strips are crucial for box sealing and waterproofing. During the process of opening the box for cleaning, prevent scratching or damaging the sealing strips, and avoid punctures from pointed objects or cuts from blades.

During use, any foreign matter adhering to the sealing strip and grooves when the box is opened, such as sand or debris, should be inspected or cleaned thoroughly to ensure the box's sealing performance.

4. Stains on the exterior surface of the box can be removed with household cleaning agents. Avoid using stiff brushes like wire brushes to prevent scratching the box surface.

5. Multi-layered grid-cut sponge with reserved design for easy customization of various cavities; if too much sponge is accidentally pulled out, it can be bonded with glue.

6. During high-temperature and high-humidity seasons, to avoid excessive internal temperatures, do not expose the equipment box to direct sunlight or any location that generates high heat.

Quality Assurance:

All moisture-proof boxes are strictly inspected and tested before shipment to ensure airtight and non-deformed performance. Unless due to force majeure, we offer a 12-month warranty for the box, including free replacement of seals or other parts such as tighteners. Shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

Order Instructions:

Product colors can be customized as desired (color samples required), but there is a minimum order requirement.

2. Products can be upgraded to flame-retardant, anti-static, and other special-performance materials upon request, but there is a minimum order quantity requirement.

3. Most products can be modified as requested, such as drilling holes, adding or modifying PCB mounting posts, etc. (Modification costs apply.)

4. Our products are designed according to the labeled protection grade, but we do not provide relevant protection and explosion-proof grade certificates.

5. Please contact us by phone for special requirements prior to placing an order and clearly specify them on the order form.

6. Due to frequent modifications or improvements to our products, product data may not be up-to-date. Please always verify product details before placing an order.
