2. Silicone seal strips are crucial for box sealing and waterproofing. During the box's opening and cleaning process, prevent scratching or damaging the seal strips to avoid piercing with pointed objects or cutting damage.

During use, any foreign matter adhering to the sealing strip or grooves when the box is opened, such as sand or debris, should be inspected or cleaned thoroughly to ensure the box's sealing performance.

4. Stains on the external surface of the box can be cleaned off with household cleaning agents. Avoid using stiff brushes, such as wire brushes, to prevent scratching the box surface.

5. Multi-layered grid-cut sponge with reserved design for easy customization of various cavities. In case too much sponge is accidentally pulled out, it can be bonded with glue.

6. During high temperature and humidity seasons, to prevent the equipment box from becoming too hot, please do not expose it to any place directly exposed to the sun or where high temperatures are generated.

Quality Assurance:

All moisture-proof safety boxes undergo strict inspections and tests before shipment to ensure tight sealing and no deformation. Subject to unforeseen circumstances, we offer a 12-month warranty on the box during normal use, providing free replacement of gaskets or other parts like tight fasteners. Shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility.

Order Instructions:

Product colors can be customized as per request (color samples required), but there is a minimum order requirement.

2. Products can be customized with flame-retardant, anti-static, and other special performance materials upon request, but there is a minimum order quantity requirement.

3. Most products can be modified as required, such as drilling holes, adding or modifying PCB mounting posts, etc. (Modification fees apply.)

4. Our products are designed according to the labeled protection level, but we do not provide relevant protection and explosion-proof level certificates.

5. Please call to inquire if you have any special requirements before placing an order and clearly note them on the order form.

6. Due to frequent modifications or improvements to our products, the product data may not be up-to-date. Please ensure confirmation of the order before placing it.
