Terms of Use:

Silicone sealing strips are crucial for box sealing and waterproofing. During the box opening and cleaning process, prevent scratching or damaging the sealing strips to avoid punctures from pointed objects or cuts.

During use, any foreign matter adhering to the sealing strip or grooves when the box is opened, such as sand or debris, should be inspected or cleaned thoroughly to ensure the box's sealing performance.

4. Stains on the exterior surface of the box can be cleaned with household cleaning agents. Avoid using stiff bristles, like steel wool, to prevent scratching the box surface.

5. Multi-layered grid-cut sponge with reserved design for easy customization of various cavities; if too much sponge is accidentally pulled out, it can be bonded with glue.

6. During hot and humid seasons, to prevent excessive temperature inside the equipment box, please do not expose the box to any area where it is directly exposed to the sun or generates high heat.

Quality Assurance:

All moisture-proof safety boxes are rigorously inspected and tested before shipment to ensure airtight and non-deforming performance. Subject to force majeure exceptions, we offer a 12-month warranty for the boxes, covering free replacement of seals or other accessories. Shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

Order Instructions:

Product colors can be customized to your preference (color samples required), but there is a minimum order requirement.

2. Products can be customized with flame-retardant, antistatic, and other special performance materials upon request, but there is a minimum order quantity requirement.

3. Most products can be modified according to requirements, such as drilling holes, adding or modifying PCB mounting posts, etc. (Modification fee applies.)

4. Our products are designed according to the labeled protection ratings, but we do not provide relevant protection and explosion-proof rating certificates.

5. Please call to inquire if you have any special requirements before placing an order and clearly note them on the order form.

6. Due to frequent modifications or improvements to our products, product data may not be up-to-date. Please always confirm the details before placing an order.
