2. Silicone sealing strips are crucial for box sealing and waterproofing. During the box opening and cleaning process, prevent scratching or damaging the sealing strips to avoid punctures from pointed objects or cuts from knives.

During use, any foreign matter adhering to the sealing strip or grooves when the box is opened, such as sand or debris, should be inspected or cleaned thoroughly to ensure the box's sealing performance.

4. Stains on the external surface of the box can be cleaned off with household cleaning agents. Avoid using stiff brushes, such as wire brushes, to prevent scratching the box surface.

5. Multi-layer grid-shaped cut sponge with reserved design for easy customization of various cavities; if too much sponge is accidentally pulled out, it can be glued together.

6. During high-temperature and high-humidity seasons, to prevent excessive internal temperature, do not expose the equipment box to any area directly under the sun or where heat is generated.

Quality Assurance:

All moisture-proof boxes undergo rigorous inspection and testing before shipment to ensure airtight and non-deformed sealing. Subject to force majeure exceptions, we offer a 12-month warranty on the boxes during normal use, providing free replacement of seals or other accessories. Shipping costs are borne by the buyer.

Order Instructions:

Product colors can be customized to your preference (color samples required), but there is a minimum order requirement.

2. Products can be upgraded to flame-retardant, antistatic, and other special performance materials upon request, but there is a minimum order quantity requirement.

3. Most products can be modified according to requirements, such as drilling holes, adding or modifying PCB mounting posts, etc. (Modification fees apply.)

4. Our products are designed according to the specified protection level, but we do not provide relevant protection and explosion-proof grade certificates.

5. Please contact us by phone for any special requirements prior to placing an order and clearly specify them on the order form.

6. Due to frequent modifications or improvements to our products, product data may not be up-to-date. Please always verify the details before placing an order.
