Silicone gaskets are crucial for box sealing and waterproofing. During the box's opening and cleaning process, prevent scratching or damaging the gaskets to avoid punctures from pointed objects or cuts.

During use, any foreign matter adhering to the sealing strip or grooves when the box is opened, such as sand or debris, should be inspected or cleaned thoroughly to ensure the box's sealing performance.

4. Stains on the exterior surface of the box can be cleaned with household cleaning agents. Avoid using stiff brushes like steel wool to prevent scratching the box surface.

5. Multi-layered grid-shaped cut sponge with reserved design for easy customization of various cavities. If too much sponge is accidentally pulled out, it can be bonded with glue.

6. During hot and humid seasons, to avoid excessive temperatures inside the equipment box, please do not expose it to direct sunlight or any location that generates high heat.

Quality Assurance:

All moisture-proof safety boxes are rigorously inspected and tested before shipment to ensure airtight and non-deforming performance. Subject to force majeure, we offer a 12-month warranty on the boxes, covering free replacement of seals or other fastening parts. Shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

Order Instructions:

Product colors can be customized as desired (color samples required), but there is a minimum order requirement.

2. Products can be customized with flame-retardant, antistatic, and other special performance materials upon request, but there is a minimum order quantity requirement.

3. Most products are modified according to requirements, such as making holes, adding or modifying PCB mounting posts, etc. (Modification costs will apply.)

4. Our products are designed according to the marked protection level, but we do not provide related protection and explosion-proof level certificates.

5. Please call to inquire in advance if there are any special requirements and detail them on the order form.

6. Due to frequent modifications or improvements to our products, the product data may not be up-to-date. Please always verify the details before placing an order.
