2. Silicone sealing strips are crucial for box sealing and waterproofing. During the box opening and cleaning process, prevent scratching or damaging the sealing strips to avoid punctures from pointed objects or cuts.

During use, any foreign matter adhering to the sealing strip or grooves when the box is opened, such as sand or debris, should be inspected or cleaned to ensure the box's sealing performance.

4. Stains on the exterior surface of the box can be cleaned with household detergents. Avoid using stiff brushes like wire brushes to prevent scratching the box surface.

5. Multi-layer grid-shaped cut sponge with reserved design for easy customization of various cavities. If too much sponge is accidentally pulled out, it can be bonded with glue.

6. During hot and humid seasons, to avoid excessive temperatures inside the equipment box, please do not expose it to any area directly under the sun or where high temperatures are generated.

Quality Assurance:

All moisture-proof safety boxes are strictly inspected and tested before shipment to ensure they are sealed and waterproof without deformation. Subject to force majeure, we offer a 12-month warranty on the boxes during normal use, during which we will provide free replacements for gaskets or other essential parts. Shipping costs are to be borne by the buyer.

Order Instructions:

Product colors can be customized as desired (color samples required), but there is a minimum order requirement.

2. Products can be replaced with flame-retardant, anti-static, and other special-performance materials upon request, but there is a minimum order quantity requirement.

3. Most products can be modified as required, such as drilling holes, adding or modifying PCB mounting posts, etc. (Modification fee applies.)

4. Our products are designed according to the marked protection level, but we do not provide relevant protection and explosion-proof level certificates.

5. Please contact us by phone for special requirements prior to placing an order and clearly note them on the order form.

6. Due to frequent modifications or improvements to our products, product data may not be up-to-date. Please ensure confirmation before placing an order.
