Terms of Use:

The bottom of the box and the top of the lid are equipped with a logo粘贴 area.

2. Silicone gaskets are crucial for box sealing and waterproofing. During the box opening and cleaning process, prevent scratching or damaging the gaskets, and avoid piercing or cutting them with pointed objects.

During use, any foreign matter adhering to the sealing strip or grooves when the box is opened, such as sand or debris, should be inspected or cleaned thoroughly to ensure the box's sealing performance.

4. Stains on the external surface of the box can be removed with household cleaning agents. Avoid using stiff brushes like steel wool to prevent scratching the box surface.

5. Multi-layered grid-cut sponge with reserved design for easy customization of various cavities; if too much sponge is accidentally pulled out, it can be glued back together.

6. During hot and humid seasons, to avoid excessive temperatures inside the equipment box, please do not expose it to direct sunlight or any location that generates high heat.

Quality Assurance:

All moisture-proof boxes are strictly inspected and tested before shipment to ensure airtight and non-deformed sealing. Subject to force majeure, we offer a 12-month warranty on the boxes, including free replacement of seals or other parts. Shipping costs are borne by the buyer.

Order Instructions:

Product colors can be customized to your preference (color samples required), but there is a minimum order requirement.

2. Products can be replaced with flame-retardant, antistatic, and other special performance materials upon request, but a minimum order quantity is required.

3. Most products are modified according to requirements, such as drilling holes, adding or modifying PCB mounting posts, etc. (Modification costs apply.)

4. Our products are designed according to the labeled protection ratings; however, we do not provide certificates for relevant protection or explosion-proof ratings.

5. Please contact us by phone for special requirements prior to placing an order and clearly indicate them on the order form.

6. Due to frequent modifications or improvements to our products, product data may not be up-to-date. Please always verify before placing an order.
