The bottom of the case and the top of the lid feature a logo adhesive area.

2. Silicone sealing strips are crucial for box sealing and waterproofing. During the box opening and cleaning process, prevent scratching or damaging the sealing strips to avoid piercing or cutting them with pointed objects.

During use, any foreign matter adhering to the sealing strip or grooves when the box is opened, such as sand or debris, should be inspected or cleaned to ensure the box's sealing performance.

4. Stains on the exterior surface of the box can be cleaned with household detergents. Avoid using stiff brushes, like steel wool, to prevent scratching the box surface.

5. Multi-layer grid-shaped cut sponge with reserved design for easier customization of various cavities. If too much sponge is accidentally pulled out, it can be glued together.

6. During hot and humid seasons, to prevent excessive temperature inside the container, please avoid exposing the equipment box to any direct sunlight or hot environments.

Quality Assurance:

All moisture-proof boxes undergo rigorous inspection and testing before shipment to ensure airtight and non-distorted sealing. Unless due to force majeure, we will provide a 12-month warranty for the box during normal use, offering free replacement of gaskets or other accessories like tighteners. Shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

Order Instructions:

Product colors can be customized to your preference (color samples required), but there is a minimum order requirement.

2. Products can be replaced with flame-retardant, antistatic, and other special performance materials upon request, but there is a minimum order quantity requirement.

3. Most products are modified according to requirements, such as making holes, adding or modifying PCB mounting posts, etc. (Modification fees apply.)

4. Our products are designed according to the marked protection level, but we do not provide relevant protection and explosion-proof level certificates.

5. Please contact us by phone for special requirements prior to placing an order and specify them in detail on the order form.

6. Due to frequent modifications or improvements to our products, product data may not be up-to-date. Please always confirm the details before placing an order.
