Terms of Use:

The bottom of the case and the top of the lid feature a LOGO adhesive area.

2. Silicone gaskets are crucial for box sealing and waterproofing. During the box's opening and cleaning process, prevent scratching or damaging the gaskets, and avoid piercing or cutting them with pointed objects.

During use, any foreign matter adhering to the sealing strip or grooves when the box is opened, such as sand or debris, should be inspected or cleaned thoroughly to ensure the box's sealing performance.

4. Stains on the exterior surface of the box can be cleaned with household cleaning agents. Avoid using stiff brushes, such as wire brushes, to prevent scratching the box surface.

5. Multi-layered square grid-shaped cut-out foam with reserved design for easy customization of various cavities. If too much foam is accidentally pulled out, it can be bonded with glue.

6. During hot and humid seasons, to avoid excessive temperature inside the container, please do not expose the equipment box to any direct sunlight or high-temperature sources.

Quality Assurance:

All moisture-proof boxes undergo rigorous inspection and testing before shipment to ensure airtight and non-deforming seals. Subject to unforeseen circumstances, we offer a 12-month warranty on the boxes, providing free replacement of gaskets or other fastening parts. Shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

Order Instructions:

Product colors can be customized as desired (color samples required), but there is a minimum order requirement.

2. Products can be customized with flame-retardant, antistatic, and other special performance materials upon request, but a minimum order quantity is required.

3. Most products can be modified as requested, including drilling holes, adding or modifying PCB mounting posts, etc. (Modification fee applies.)

4. Our products are designed according to the marked protection ratings, but we do not provide relevant protection and explosion-proof grade certificates.

5. For special requirements, please call to inquire prior to placing an order and specify in detail on the order.

6. Due to frequent modifications or improvements to our products, product data may not be up-to-date. Please always confirm the details before placing an order.
