Terms of Use:

The bottom of the case and the top of the lid are equipped with a logo粘贴 area.

2. Silicone seal strips are crucial for box sealing and waterproofing. During the box opening and cleaning process, prevent scratching or damaging the seal strips to avoid being pierced by pointed objects or cut.

During use, any foreign matter adhering to the sealing strip or grooves when the box is opened, such as sand or debris, should be inspected or cleaned to ensure the box's sealing performance.

4. Stains on the external surface of the box can be cleaned off with household cleaning agents. Avoid using stiff brushes like wire brushes to prevent scratching the box surface.

5. Multi-layer grid-shaped cut sponge with reserved design for easy customization of various cavities. If too much sponge is accidentally pulled out, it can be bonded with glue.

6. During hot and humid seasons, to avoid excessive internal temperature, please do not expose the equipment box to any place where it is directly exposed to the sun or generates high temperatures.

Quality Assurance:

All moisture-proof safety boxes undergo rigorous inspections and testing before shipment to ensure tight seals and no deformation. Unless unforeseen circumstances occur, we will provide a 12-month warranty for the box during normal usage, and offer free replacement of seals or other accessories like clamps. Shipping costs are to be borne by the buyer.

Order Instructions:

Product colors can be customized at will (color samples required), but there is a minimum order requirement.

2. Products can be upgraded to flame-retardant, antistatic, and other special performance materials upon request, but minimum order quantities apply.

3. Most products are modified according to requirements, such as drilling holes, adding or modifying PCB mounting posts, etc. (Modification fee applies.)

4. Our products are designed according to the marked protection class, but we do not provide relevant protection and explosion-proof grade certificates.

5. Please call to inquire in advance if you have special requirements and specify them in detail on the order form.

6. Due to frequent modifications or improvements to our products, product data may not be up-to-date. Please always verify the details before placing an order.
