Terms of Use:

Silicone sealing strips are crucial for box sealing and waterproofing. During the box's opening and cleaning process, prevent scratching or damaging the sealing strips to avoid punctures from pointed objects or cuts.

During use, any foreign matter adhering to the sealing strip or grooves when the box is opened, such as sand or debris, should be inspected or cleaned thoroughly to ensure the box's sealing performance.

4. Stains on the external surface of the box can be cleaned with household cleaners. Avoid using stiff brushes, such as wire brushes, to prevent scratching the box surface.

5. Multi-layer grid-cut sponge with reserved design for easy customization of various cavities; if too much sponge is accidentally pulled out, it can be bonded with glue.

6. During hot and humid seasons, to avoid excessive temperature inside the equipment box, please do not expose it to direct sunlight or any location that generates high heat.

Quality Assurance:

All moisture-proof safety boxes undergo rigorous inspection and testing before shipment to ensure airtight and non-deformed sealing. Unless affected by force majeure, we will offer a 12-month warranty for the boxes and provide free replacement of gaskets or other fastening parts within this period. Shipping costs are to be borne by the buyer.

Order Instructions:

Product colors can be customized as per request (color samples required), but there is a minimum order requirement.

2. Products can be upgraded to flame-retardant, antistatic, and other special performance materials upon request, but a minimum order quantity is required.

3. Most products are modified according to requirements, such as drilling holes, adding or modifying PCB mounting posts, etc. (Modification fee applies.)

4. Our products are designed according to the labeled protection level, but we do not provide relevant protection and explosion-proof level certificates.

5. Please call to inquire in advance if there are any special requirements, and be sure to note them in detail on the order form.

6. Due to frequent modifications or improvements to our products, product data may not be up-to-date. Please ensure confirmation before placing an order.
