Terms of Use:

The bottom of the case and the top of the lid feature a logo adhesive area.

Silicone gaskets are crucial for sealing and waterproofing boxes. During the cleaning process, prevent scratching or damaging the gaskets to avoid piercing with pointed objects or cutting them with knives.

During use, any foreign matter adhering to the sealing strip or grooves when the box is opened, such as sand or debris, should be inspected or cleaned thoroughly to ensure the box's sealing performance.

4. Stains on the exterior surface of the box can be cleaned with household cleaning agents. Avoid using stiff brushes, such as wire brushes, to prevent scratching the box surface.

5. Multi-layer grid-shaped cut sponge with reserved design for easy customization of various cavities. If too much sponge is accidentally pulled out, it can be glued together.

6. During the hot and humid season, to prevent excessive temperature inside the container, do not expose the equipment box to any location where it is directly exposed to the sun or generates high temperatures.

Quality Assurance:

All moisture-proof boxes are rigorously inspected and tested before shipment to ensure airtight and non-deformed performance. Subject to force majeure exceptions, we offer a 12-month warranty on the boxes, providing free replacement of gaskets or other essential parts. Shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility.

Order Instructions:

Product colors can be customized to your preference (color samples required), but there is a minimum order requirement.

2. Products can be customized with flame-retardant, anti-static, and other special performance materials upon request, but a minimum order quantity applies.

3. Most products are modified according to requirements, such as drilling holes, adding or modifying PCB mounting posts, etc. (Modification fee applies.)

4. Our products are designed according to the marked protection ratings; however, we do not provide certificates for relevant protection or explosion-proof ratings.

5. Please contact us by phone for any special requirements prior to placing an order and clearly specify them on the order form.

6. Due to frequent modifications or improvements to our products, product data may not be up-to-date. Please always confirm the details before placing an order.
