Terms of Use:

The bottom of the box and the area above the lid are designated for LOGO placement.

2. Silicone sealing strips are crucial for box sealing and waterproofing. During the box's opening and cleaning process, prevent scratching or damaging the sealing strips, and avoid puncturing or cutting them with pointed objects.

During use, any foreign matter adhering to the sealing strip or grooves when the box is opened, such as sand or debris, should be inspected or cleaned thoroughly to ensure the box's sealing performance.

4. Stains on the exterior surface of the box can be cleaned with household detergents. Avoid using stiff brushes, such as wire brushes, to prevent scratching the box surface.

5. Multi-layer grid-shaped cut sponge design for easy customization of various cavities; if too much sponge is accidentally pulled out, it can be bonded with glue.

6. During hot and humid seasons, to avoid excessive temperatures inside the equipment box, please do not expose it to direct sunlight or any location that generates high heat.

Quality Assurance:

All moisture-proof boxes are rigorously inspected and tested before shipment to ensure airtight and non-deforming performance. Subject to force majeure, we offer a 12-month warranty on the box, including free replacement of gaskets or other accessories. Shipping costs are borne by the buyer.

Order Instructions:

Product colors can be customized to your preference (color samples required), but there is a minimum order requirement.

2. Products can be customized with flame-retardant, anti-static, and other special performance materials upon request, but minimum order quantities apply.

3. Most products can be modified according to requirements, such as drilling holes, adding or modifying PCB mounting posts, etc. (Modification fees will apply.)

4. Our products are designed according to the labeled protection grade, but we do not provide relevant protection and explosion-proof grade certificates.

5. Please contact us by phone for special requirements prior to placing an order and clearly note them on the order form.

6. Due to frequent modifications or improvements to our products, the product data may not be up-to-date. Please always verify the information before placing an order.
